Partners FAQ

Common questions about working with us.

Who is eligible for placement?
We serve adults in reentry or transitional housing situations - including veterans, individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, and those moving through mental-health transitions. Each placement is reviewed for fit, safety, and the level of support we can provide.
How long does the screening process take?
We typically respond to referrals within 1–2 business days and keep your team informed if anything is needed to move forward.
What intake items do you need?
To start, we need ID, release or discharge date, any care or medication needs, funding status, and an emergency contact. Additional documentation may be requested based on the individual's situation.
How long can someone stay?
Placement length is flexible - short-term stabilization or longer-term housing based on the individual's needs and your program goals.
What regions do you serve?
Our home base is Plant City, Florida, and we partner with referral organizations and agencies across the state.
Will we hear back after the referral?
Yes. We believe continuity depends on communication, so we keep referral partners updated through screening, placement, and the early stabilization period.
