Who we serve

Reentry, veteran, and transitional housing in Plant City, FL.

We find the gaps where people fall through - and fill them with dignity.

Everyone we serve is standing at one of the most vulnerable moments a person can face - the return to community life, when so much hope and so much risk sit side by side. We lead with the person, never the offense or the diagnosis, and we build every placement around one thing: a path forward.

01

Reentry & transition

Adults coming home from correctional facilities, reentry centers, and work-release programs - people who've served their time and now need stable housing and real structure to make this return the one that finally sticks.

02

Veteran reentry

Veterans finding their way back to civilian life, who carried something heavy on our behalf and deserve a stable, respectful home - and a community that understands the weight they're still carrying.

03

Developmental & intellectual disabilities

Adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities who deserve to live with dignity and support in a true home - not an institution, not an afterthought, but a place that's genuinely theirs.

04

Mental-health transition

Adults stepping out of institutional or transitional mental-health settings, who need continuity, structure, and a steady, stabilizing presence as they keep healing on their own terms.

Eligibility

If you're ready to build from here, there's room for you.

We welcome adults 18 and older who are:

  • Transitioning from correctional, institutional, or reentry settings - including veteran reentry, developmental or intellectual disabilities, and mental-health transition needs
  • Able to live in a supportive independent-living setting with the structure House of Faith provides

We accept both short-term and long-term placements, based on what each individual needs.
